Statement of Compliance – Domestic Manufacturing of SVF Flow Control Products

SVF Flow Controls hereby confirms that the products listed below meet the guidelines stipulated by the Office of Management and Budgets (OMB) of the Department of Energy which state that a manufactured good that consists in whole or in part of materials from another country has been substantially transformed in the United States into a new and different manufactured good, distinct from the materials from which it was transformed. There is no requirement with regard to the origin of components or subcomponents in manufactured goods or products, as long as the manufacture of the final goods occurs in the United States.

SVF Flow Controls operates a full assembly facility for the manufacturing of ball valves in La Palma, California and controls the design, tooling, testing and assembly using components that are sourced globally. Additional processes such as electro polishing, oxygen cleaning, custom machining and welding as well as fasteners and seals are sourced domestically. The following is a list of products that are in compliance with Buy America Requirements (49U.S.C 5323 (j)(1) and applicable regulations in 49 CFR part 661.: Series “8”, H7, P4, SB7, TSB7, SB7F, B41C, FS7, FB9 custom valves and automated valves SVF Flow Controls also produces a wide range of Automated Valve packages where valves assembled by SVF Flow Controls and elsewhere are connected to mounting kits, positioners and actuators for different types of automated flow control systems. All of these Automated Valve Packages are assembled and produced at the SVF Flow Controls facility in La Palma, California.
