We take safety very seriously at SVF Flow Controls, so making sure that our valves are clean is a top priority. While many companies outsource the use of a clean room, we brought ours in-house so we can ensure our valves are safe and dependable. Before assembly, our products are taken into the room to be cleaned in a contaminant-free location. SVF employees wear special gear and then our valves are assembled and packaged so they aren’t exposed to contaminants.

CNC MACHINE
SVF Flow Controls has an onsite CNC Machine to machine couplers for automated products. They allow torque transmission from an actuator to the valve stem/shaft. The CNC Machine cuts time off how quickly we can turn around product orders.
