Price Increase Announcement
Effective: JANUARY 5, 2026
As a result of ongoing inflationary pressures, please be advised that SVF Flow Controls will implement a 4% price increase on all valve product groups effective January 5, 2026.

Orders placed on or before January 5, 2026, for immediate release, will be honored at current pricing. SVF Flow Controls reserves the right to limit order quantities that exceed historical or reasonable monthly purchase levels. Orders requesting a release date after January 5th will be invoiced at the pricing in effect at the time of shipment.

All other terms and conditions of sale remain unchanged.
